Our specially designed wellness groups allow participants the opportunity to learn and practice health enhancing strategies and approaches within a supportive group environment.
Our groups combine principles from a wide range of disciplines and theoretical frameworks to enhance emotional, psychological, and physical health and wellbeing.
Participants become familiar with practical strategies to use in order to better deal with life stressors and challenges and enhance their personal and relational wellbeing and live their best lives.
Mindful Mamaz
Psychoeducational, Mindfulness, Self-Compassion Group
There is nothing more comforting than being in a room full of people experiencing similar thoughts, fears, stressors, and most importantly excitement about being a mother like you. Come join the Mindful Mamaz group to process your thoughts and feelings and learn practical strategies to help you treat yourself with more tenderness and self-compassion and live a more fulfilled life! Remember, for the child to feel wanted, the mother must be happy and emotionally present.
